REGISTRAR'S NOTICE: The Board of Pharmacy is claiming an exemption from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act in accordance with § 2.2-4006 A 4 a of the Code of Virginia, which excludes regulations that are necessary to conform to changes in Virginia statutory law or the appropriation act where no agency discretion is involved. The board will receive, consider, and respond to petitions by any interested person at any time with respect to reconsideration or revision.
Title of Regulation: 18VAC110-60. Regulations Governing Pharmaceutical Processors (repealing 18VAC110-60-10 through 18VAC110-60-330).
Statutory Authority: Chapters 740 and 773 of the 2023 Acts of Assembly.

Summary:
The second enactment of Chapters 740 and 773 of the 2023 Acts of Assembly repeals § 54.1-3442.6 of the Code of Virginia, removing the Board of Pharmacy's statutory authority to regulate the pharmaceutical processor program and reassigning authority to the Board of Directors of the Cannabis Control Authority. Therefore, Regulations Governing Pharmaceutical Processors (18VAC110-60) is repealed.
