The State Board of Education has WITHDRAWN the regulatory action for 8VAC2-720, Regulations Governing Local School Boards and School Divisions, which was published as a Notice of Intended Regulatory Action in 30:8 VA.R. 988 December 16, 2013. This action is being withdrawn because the amendments have been preempted by changes to statute.
