REGISTRAR'S NOTICE: Pursuant to § 2.2-4012.1 of the Code of Virginia, the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services has filed a notice of objection to the fast-track rulemaking action published in 24:26 VA.R. 3707 September 1, 2008. The board intends to proceed with the normal promulgation process set out in Article 2 (§ 2.2-4006 et seq.) of Chapter 40 of the Administrative Process Act with the initial publication of the fast-track regulation serving as the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action.
Title of Regulation: 2VAC5-100. Rules and Regulations Governing the Qualifications for Humane Investigators.
