Notice is hereby given that the Board for Barbers and Cosmetology has withdrawn the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 18VAC41-20, Barbering and Cosmetology Regulations, which was published in 28:12 VA.R. 1011 February 13, 2012. The board intends to reinitiate this regulatory action.
