REGISTRAR'S NOTICE: The
Virginia State Bar is claiming an exemption from the Administrative Process Act
in accordance with § 2.2-4002 A 2 of the Code of Virginia, which exempts
agencies of the Supreme Court.
Title of Regulation: 15VAC5-40. Bylaws of the
Virginia State Bar and Council (repealing 15VAC5-40-10 through 15VAC5-40-430).
Statutory Authority: § 54.1-3910 of the Code of
Virginia.
Effective Date: March 25, 2016.

Summary:
Due to a determination that the Bylaws of the Virginia
