Withdrawal of Notice of Intended Regulatory Action

Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 18VAC120-40, Professional Boxing and Wrestling Event Regulations, which was published in 29:17 VA.R. 2091 April 22, 2013. This action is being withdrawn due the department's determination that this action does not comport with the Governor's Regulatory Reform Initiative.

Auxiliary Grants Program
Withdrawal of Notice of Intended Regulatory Action

Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the State Board of Social Services has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 22VAC40-25, Auxiliary Grants Program, which was published in 29:3 VA.R. 340 October 8, 2012. Enactment 65 of Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly transferred powers related to the administration of auxiliary grants and the provision of adult services and adult protective services from the Department of Social Services to the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services effective July 1, 2013. Therefore, this action is being withdrawn because the board no longer has authority to complete this regulatory action.

Withdrawal of Notice of Intended Regulatory Action

Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the State Board of Social Services has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 22VAC40-771, Adult Services Approved Providers, which was published in 28:9 VA.R. 766 January 2, 2012. Enactment 65 of Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly transferred powers related to the administration of auxiliary grants and the provision of adult services and adult protective services from the Department of Social Services to the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services effective July 1, 2013. Therefore, this action is being withdrawn because the board no longer has authority to complete this regulatory action.

Enactment 65 of Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly transferred powers related to the administration of auxiliary grants and the provision of adult services and adult protective services from the Department of Social Services to the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services effective July 1, 2013. Therefore, this action is being withdrawn because the board no longer has authority to complete this regulatory action.
