Winterpock Solar I LLC, Notice of Intent for Small Renewable Energy Project (Solar) -
Chesterfield County

Winterpock Solar I LLC, Cypress Creek Renewables has provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (photovoltaic solar) in Chesterfield County. The proposed Winterpock Solar I project will be a 20-megawatt alternating current photovoltaic solar facility on portions of four parcels, totaling approximately 250 acres. The project is proposed to be located south of River Road and east of Eppes Falls Road in Chesterfield County.

Proposed Enforcement Action for the Scott County Public Service Authority

An enforcement action has been proposed for the Scott County Public Service Authority for violations of the State Water Control Law at the Nickelsville wastewater treatment plant in Scott County. Proposed Consent Order for Woodlawn Construction Company Inc.

An enforcement action has been proposed for Woodlawn Construction Company Inc. for violations of the State Water Control Law and regulations at the construction project along Loudoun County Parkway located in Ashburn, Virginia. The State Water Control Board proposes to issue a consent order to resolve violations associated with the construction project along Loudoun County Parkway. A description of the proposed action is available at the Department of Environmental Quality office listed or online at www.deq.virginia.gov.
