Sycamore Solar I LLC Withdrawal of Notice of Intent for Small Renewable Energy Project (Solar) - Pittsylvania County

Sycamore Solar I LLC has withdrawn the notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) pursuant to 9VAC15-60. The original notice of intent was published in the Virginia Register on August 21, 2017.

Proposed Consent Special Order for Aryan King Inc.

The State Water Control Board proposes to issue a consent special order to Aryan King Inc. for alleged violation of the State Water Control Law at 6021 West Belmont Road, Richmond, VA 23234. Proposed Consent Order for GET Captive LLC

An enforcement action has been proposed for GET Captive LLC for violations of the State Water Control Law and regulations at the GET Captive LLC, Zion Crossroads Sewage Treatment Plant located in Gordonsville, Virginia. The State Water Control Board proposes to issue a consent order to resolve violations associated with the plant.
