Notice is hereby given that the Board of Housing and Community Development has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action (NOIRA) for 13VAC5-112, Enterprise Zone Grant Program Regulation, which was published in 26:9 VA.R. 1186-1187 January 4, 2010. The Board of Housing and Community Development took action to withdraw the NOIRA at its January 28, 2020, meeting.
