The Safety and Health Codes Board has WITHDRAWN the regulatory action for 16VAC25-210, Heat Illness Prevention Standard, which was published as a Notice of Intended Regulatory Action in 37:19 VA.R. 2761 May 10, 2021. This action is being withdrawn because the Safety and Health Codes Board voted not to move forward with the regulatory action.
