Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the Board of Dentistry intends to consider amending the following regulations: 18VAC60-20, Virginia Board of Dentistry Regulations. The purpose of the proposed action is to promulgate regulations for registration of dental assistants II as required by Chapters 84 and 264 of the 2008 Acts of Assembly.

The agency intends to hold a public hearing on the proposed action after publication in the Virginia Register.

Public Comments: Public comments may be submitted until 5 p.m. on November 12, 2008.
