Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the Department of Environmental Quality has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 9VAC15-80, Small Renewable Energy Projects (Water Related) Permit by Rule Regulation, which was published in 27:25 VA.R. 2649 August 15, 2011. The action is being withdrawn as the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality has determined that it is not necessary or appropriate to develop a permit-by-rule for water related small renewable energy projects at this time.
