Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the Board of Medical Assistance Services has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 12VAC30-120, Waivered Services, which was published in 24:20 VA.R. 2836 June 9, 2008. This action is being withdrawn as the agency has determined that this action is no longer relevant or necessary.
