Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the State Board of Social Services has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action (NOIRA) for repealing 22VAC40-120, Minimum Standards for Licensed Family Day-Care Systems and promulgating 22VAC40-121, Standards for Licensed Family Day Systems, which was published in 27:12 VA.R. 1269 February 14, 2011. Due to the time this action has been pending, the agency has decided to withdraw the NOIRA and determine its next course of action.
