Title of Regulation: 12VAC30-40. Eligibility Conditions and Requirements (amending 12VAC30-40-10).

The Department of Medical Assistance Services has withdrawn subdivision 3 b (1) of 12VAC30-40-10 from the regulatory action pertaining to the modified adjusted gross income methodology as published in 34:21 VA.R. 2376 June 12, 2017. This subdivision will be designated as "Reserved" in the Virginia Administrative Code when this action becomes effective on July 27, 2017.
