REGISTRAR'S NOTICE:
Pursuant to 1VAC7-10-60, the Registrar of Regulations is updating certain
regulations of the Department of Environmental Quality to correct an invalid
street address in the Virginia Administrative Code.
Titles of Regulations: 9VAC15-40. Small Renewable
Energy Projects (Wind) Permit by Rule (amending 9VAC15-40-120).
9VAC15-60. Small Renewable Energy Projects (Solar) Permit by
Rule (amending 9VAC15-60-120).
9VAC15-70. Small Renewable Energy Projects (Combustion)
Permit by Rule (amending 9VAC15-70-120).

Summary:

Virginia Coastal Zone Management Program of the Department of Environmental
