Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the State Board of Health has WITHDRAWN the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action (NOIRA) for 12VAC5-410, Regulations for the Licensure of Hospitals in Virginia, and 12VAC5-411, Regulations for Inpatient Hospital Licensure, which was published in 24:20 VA.R. 2834 June 9, 2008. The board has been unable to make progress on this action following publication of the NOIRA in 2008. A new NOIRA will be filed at a future date.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the Cemetery Board intends to consider amending 18VAC47-20, Cemetery Board Rules and Regulations. The purpose of the proposed action is to make clarifying changes, incorporate language as necessary to implement new statutory requirements for interment of pets (Chapter 500 of the 2014 Acts of Assembly), ensure consistency with Virginia law, and make any other changes that may be considered necessary.

The agency intends to hold a public hearing on the proposed action after publication in the Virginia Register.
