Withdrawal of Notice of Intended Regulatory Action
Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of the Code of Virginia that the State Board of
Behavioral Health and Developmental Services has WITHDRAWN the Notice of
Intended Regulatory Action (NOIRA) for 12VAC35-225, Requirements for
Virginia's Early Intervention System, which was published in 31:9 VA.R. 534 December 29, 2014. The
NOIRA is unnecessary as the agency is proceeding with this regulatory action
through the fast-track rulemaking process under § 2.2-4012.1 of the Code of Virginia. The fast-track rulemaking
action was published in 32:10 VA.R. 1778-1807 January 11, 2016.

Common Interest Community Manager Regulations
Notice of Intended Regulatory Action
Notice is hereby given in accordance with § 2.2-4007.01 of
the Code of Virginia that the Common Interest Community Board intends to
consider amending 18VAC48-50, Common Interest Community Manager Regulations.
The purpose of the proposed action is to review the regulation to consider
changes pertaining to the education-based certification program for persons
providing management services to common interest communities, in order to
clarify training program content as well as to identify clearly who must
complete such programs for renewal. In the course of reviewing training program
provisions, the board may consider any other revisions that are necessary and
appropriate.
The agency does not intend to hold a public hearing on the
proposed action after publication in the Virginia Register.

Intended Regulatory Action (NOIRA) for 18VAC110-20, Regulations Governing
the Practice of Pharmacy, which was published in 31:20 VA.R. 1623 June 1, 2015. The
NOIRA is unnecessary as the agency is proceeding with this regulatory action
through the fast-track rulemaking process under § 2.2-4012.1 of the Code of Virginia. The fast-track rulemaking
action was published in 32:12 VA.R. 1929-1934 February 8, 2016.
