of Intent for Small Renewable Energy Project (Solar) - Halifax County
Halifax Solar LLC has withdrawn its notice of intent to submit
the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy
project (solar) in Halifax County to be located on a single parcel totaling 125
acres off Dryburg Road - Route 716 at the intersection of Route 360 in Clover.
The original notice of intent was published in the Virginia Register of
Regulations on March 6, 2017.

VEPCO Fort Powhatan Solar Notice of
Intent for Small Renewable Energy Project (Solar) - Prince George County
Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion Energy has
provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit
the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy
project (solar) in Prince George County. The notice is for a 150-megawatt,
alternating current solar project. The project will be constructed on an
approximately 3,100-acre parcel located outside of Disputanta, north of Route
10 in the Wards Creek and Fort Powhatan Road area.

hospice admissions and discharges for fee-for-service individuals. Chapter V
has been updated regarding the changes in the payment of hospice services

facility, that is, institutional hospice services.
