Proposed Consent Order for Frederick County

An enforcement action has been proposed for Frederick County for violations at the Frederick County landfill in Winchester, Virginia. The State Water Control Board and the Virginia Waste Management Board propose to issue a consent order with penalty to Frederick County to address noncompliance with the State Water Control Law, the Virginia Waste Management Act, and applicable regulations.
