Sycamore Solar I LLC has withdrawn the notice of intent to
submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable
energy project (solar) pursuant to 9VAC15-60. The original notice of intent was
published in the Virginia Register on August 21, 2017.

The State Water Control Board proposes to issue a consent order to resolve
violations associated with the plant. A description of the proposed action is
