Title of Regulation: 12VAC5-613. Regulations for Alternative Onsite Sewage Systems.

Statutory Authority: §§ 32.1-12 and 32.1-164 of the Code of Virginia.

The State Board of Health has WITHDRAWN the regulatory action for 12VAC5-613, Regulations for Alternative Onsite Sewage Systems, which was published as a Notice of Intended Regulatory Action in 35:20 VA.R. 2310 May 27, 2019. This action is being withdrawn because of the long amount of time elapsed since the last stage's publication. The agency will initiate a new periodic review, and any outstanding necessary amendments to the regulation will be made in the action to implement the periodic review result.
