Notice is hereby given that the Department of Criminal Justice Services has WITHDRAWN the proposed regulatory action for 6VAC20-70, Rules Relating to Compulsory Minimum Training Standards for Noncustodial Employees of the Department of Corrections, which was published in 33:22 VA.R. 2424-2430 June 26, 2017. A new action will be initiated that will separate the responsibilities of the noncustodial employee and the agency from the responsibilities of the academy.
