Proposed Enforcement Action for CMH Homes Inc.

The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is proposing an enforcement action for CMH Homes Inc. for violations of State Water Control Law and regulations at the Oakwood Homes mobile home site located in Mineral, Virginia. Proposed Enforcement Action for Harbour East Sewage Disposal Corporation

The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is proposing an enforcement action for Harbour East Sewage Disposal Corporation for violations of State Water Control Law and regulations and applicable permit at the Harbour East Village wastewater treatment plant located in Chester, Virginia. Proposed Enforcement Action for Hampton Roads Sanitation District

The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is proposing an enforcement action for Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) to incorporate requirements from HRSD's federal consent decree into a DEQ consent order to ensure Virginia can enforce the requirements in the event that the federal consent decree is terminated. The federal consent decree is related to the HRSD sanitary sewer system and sewage treatment plants serving Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, York, and Smithfield, Virginia.
